We always fear what we do not understand!

 There is the famous line from the movie Oppenheimer, where he states that there is a chance that when atomic bomb is unleashed it might result in uncontrolled fission and the whole world would collapse.

And I couldn't help but wonder if the same thought protcess must have passed in the minds of cavemen when they first made fire...

Nothing has changed since then, we still think the world is very small but in fact it is larger than we can ever imagine.

Here is what I learned while driving to office the other day. I left for my office, but I was not feeling really good that day, so I was driving very slowly. I could see all the other cars and bike overtaking me, but I was just not in the mood to drive any faster. It almost seemed like I was going backwards due to all the heavy traffic overtaking me so quickly. But I knew that I am going forward. This is when it hit me. When you are travelling for your destination, it does not matter at what speed you are going, what matters is that you keep moving in that direction. Sometimes in life, we feel like we are going so slow that others, our friends, relatives, colleagues etc. are moving ahead so fast in life that it almost seem as if we are going backwards. Just remind yourself... "This is an illusion" This is what Ranveer Kapoor was saying in YJHD, just do not stop.

 I don't know why girls have to survive so much. Right from birth they are burdened with tasks that they have to do. Naturally for periods. No option. Ear piercing. At least that could have been optional. But no! Sitting at a jewelry, I saw across the road there was a piercing shop. Uncle was trying to pierce the ear of a little girl. Her parents held her tight. She was crying, shrieking. Her brother (he was little too) sat sad, feeling helpless, unable to comprehend what was happening, why it was happening. On the verge of crying, he tried to help his sister, but his family restrained him too. It is common. Everybody does it. WE HAD DONE PIERCING TOO! It is for your own benefit. Later on, it will hurt even more if we do not do it now. I scavenged the Internet to find at least some logical reason for body piercing.
