Analyse and Celebrate!

This was a very solid advice that my mentor Mr. Devaditya/Devashish Kothari from Renaisance university gave to us. He told us that what we generally do is we take failure by heart and go into depression, and when something good happens we start analyzing it. His mantra was feel success and analyze failures. Celebrate small wins.

Before Meta came The Thirteenth Floor!

The movie so precisely predicts the future. "You cannot get hooked into system and pretend that it won't affect you(rmind)"

It's ok to oversell

Its ok to sell even if you don't have anything ready, but it is important that you finish it on time.

Silicon Valley's pirates!

A strong recommendation to watch that movie. Its amazing to see how related all the startups are. We think that microsoft and apple are such big giants but watching them grow is an entirely different experience. The famous image of Jeff Bezos in Amazon's 1 room office is so inspiring <<insert pic>>. During hard times learn from the masters. But since legends like Bill Gates are not available to us right now its very helpful to watch their story, its roughly the same experience. Also I don't think a pirate would mind if you pirated his movie. ;)

Entrepreneur has to be there!

Happy New Year Being an entrepreneur is more than just having an idea. A vision is perhaps the most known distinctive feature of an entrepreneur but on the other hand being there for everyone and everything is perhaps the most overlooked distinctive feature of him/her. So, don't call yourself an entrepreneur if you cannot dust and sweep your own office. You have to be there in designing, development, marketing, pitching, printing, photocopying, documentation, investment ... HR comes the last cause only after a long time can you afford the luxury of human resources.
